Gymbucks Alert!

Postby Lauren on Thu May 22, 2008 11:18 pm

It's Gymbucks time again at Gymboree! I took advantage of Gymbucks earlier this spring and it worked out extremely well for me. And given that they are running an amazing sale over Memorial Day Weekend, now is the time to rack up your Gymbucks. So I just thought I'd spread the word!

I suppose I could do a search but then I wouldn't be responding to your post...

What are Gymbucks?

I've seen Gymboree and have a general idea what it is but never been there.

Oh wow. I feel so honored to be inducting others into the wonderful world of Gymboree. It is HUGE here in Utah. It's this darling children's clothing chain that comes out with a new themed line of clothing about once a month. I mostly buy for my girl there (but the boy stuff, especially the outfits for nice occasions, is so hansome) because Gymobree thinks of every last detail - the puff sleves, the ricrac trim, the flower shaped buttons, the darling embroidery, the pleats and pintucks and eyelets and oh! It's all just so sweet!

Sorry. I'll get control of myself. Anyways, it's a little pricey, in my opinion. But every few months they do this limited-time offer called "Gymbucks" where if you spend $50 you get a coupon for "$25 off your next $50 purchase". It works the same if you spend $100 - "$50 of your next $100 purchase" and so on. If you make your initial purchase during a sale (like their killer Memorial Day sale) and then redeem your Gymbucks on your next purchase you get ALOT of SUPERCUTE clothes for great deals.

I hope that all made sense. Feel free to ask more questions - I love Gymbucks time!

I used to have a SERIOUS Gymboree addiction- until I got sick of the way that they ran their sales and then I quit cold turkey. I would say that 90% of my girls' wardrobes is Gymbo. I belong to a yahoo group for Gymbo too- b/c I will still buy it since it's so awesome- just not from the store!

I go to thrift stores and try to find new gymboree or the childrens place items. so many moms buy extra stuff at sales it ends up at thrift stores and then I snatch it up.

It's true - you can find awesome deals on second-hand Gymbo stuff. Most of the Gymboree items I've bought for my little girls have been from Ebay at a fraction of the sticker prices. However, when Gymbucks time rolls around I tend to make an exception because their deals are so good - especially on holiday weekends.
