Can You Suggest the Best Digi Scrapbooking Software?

I know they said Photo Elements is the best, but what do you all think?

I am thinking of getting into digi scrapping too! :)

I've never done "digital scrapbooking" in the true sense, but I do do (hee hee) photo books through Shutterfly and more recently Blurb. I love Blurb the bestest!! The books look so professional and there are tons more layouts and options than Shutterfly! I think the quality is better, too!

I know that wasn't exactly what you're looking for, but maybe it could help!!

I'd be interested to know the answer to this too.

I do have something called "Scrapbook Factory Deluxe" which is ok, but there is NOT a lot of little things to use to make it cool.

I'd love to get into scrapbooking. my mom was telling me I would like it. what is digi scrapbooking though?

Mary,
Essentially you do everything on the computer. You can them print it out, but all the graphics are on the computer.
